Doctor Terry Ullmann passed into eternity on August 1, 2022, in Dothan, Alabama. He was born
to Helmut and Joyce Ullmann on November 10, 1952, in Lagrange, Georgia. He is survived by
his wife, Mona, daughter Monica (Jeff) Warren, son Chris (Leslie) Ullmann, brother Tony
(Echo) Ullmann, grand children Emmi and Bella Ullmann, Tyler (Sydney) Warren, and great
grandchild Camille McKay Warren.
Terry had a medical career which spanned over 45 years as a respiratory therapist, hospital
administrator, and family practice physician. He was the founder of PrimeCare of Dothan, the
first of five successful medical primary care clinics he established in Dothan and the Florida
Panhandle over the years.
Terry had a zest for life and was always planning his next venture - business and pleasure! He
enjoyed exotic cars and the times spent boating in the Gulf of Mexico and evening rides with
Mona and Pippa. He loved to watch the sunsets, always in awe of the splendor of God's beautiful
gifts of nature.
At his request, there will be no formal service. Instead, his wish was that when you feel or have
the opportunity, have a beverage, watch the sunset, celebrate life, and remember him.
The family would also like to extend gratitude to Kindred Hospice. Their kindness, sincerity, and
compassionate care for Terry and our family will hold a special place in our hearts.
