Antoinette Adams

Antoinette Anita Herkul Adams was born in New York City on July 11, 1948 to Anton Herkul and the late Sarah Jessie.

She had one child, Roy Lee (Jackie) Johnson, Jr., Webb, Alabama, a loving, faithful, caring, Goddaughter, Cotina Reynolds, her Tweety, Dothan, Alabama, her other Goddaughters, the late Shirley (Jimmie) Reese, her Rose petal, Jackie Evans Johnson, who always showed her love, Shiann (Alton) Jackson, Oletha (ST) Curry, Fairhope, AL, Neater (Greg) Jones, Dothan, AL, three granddaughters, Shaniqua (Chasen) Adams, Dothan, AL, TaNisha Johnson, Dothan, AL, Jamica Johnson, Dothan, AL; three great grands, Aaliyah Kay Mizell, her honeybun, Daniel Isaiah Lee Mizell, and Anyla Mae Johnson, all of Dothan, AL, three brothers, the late William Frank (Pam) Barrett, III, Bishop Brian (Amy) Barrett, Kinsey, AL, Anton (Tashia) Wheeler, Scotch Plains, NJ, two sisters, Nina Boyd, Orange, NJ, Yvonne Barrett, Smyrna, GA, a special friend of over 30 years, Katherine (Arthur) Foster, Dothan, AL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 9:00 am on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home.
