Archie Tucker

Archie Reginald Tucker, 62, of Dothan passed away Tuesday September 25, 2012.

Services will be 2 pm Thursday September 27, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing.

Mr. Tucker was born on October 25, 1949 in Alabama and resided in Dothan most of his life. He was a 1968 graduate of Dothan High and graduated from Troy with a business degree.  Mr. Tucker was an accountant for several years and later owned and operated with his brother Mike, Tuck’s Taste of the South Bar-be-que. He was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

Survivors include his son Charles Tucker and wife Jennifer of Pell City, Alabama; a brother, Mike Tucker of Dothan; three grandchildren, Jakob, Lauren and Bryant Tucker.
