Betty Jane Hansen

Betty Jane Hansen, 81, of Dothan passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at a local hospital.

rnFuneral services will be held 1 pm Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. rnMrs. Hansen was born June 1, 1930 in El Paso, TX and lived the early part of her life there. She resided in Downey, CA most of her life prior to moving to Dothan in 2001. She was a homemaker and was the Director of the Women of God Ministry in Downey, CA and a member of New Freedom Church in Webb, AL. She was preceded in death by her son Donald R. Hansen. rnSurvivors include her husband Harold Hansen of Dothan; a son David A. Hansen; a daughter Tina L. Hansen Kitchens of Signal Hill, CA; 4 grandchildren, Donny Hansen, Michael Hansen, Benjamin Kitchens, and Kaitlin Kitchens; 2 great-grandchildren, Aydon Hansen and Harrison Hansen. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
