Bobbie Jean Bishop

Ms. Bobbie Jean Bishop, age 54, passed away peacefully after she lost her battle with an extended illness on December 18th at 1:20 PM, in the Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

Ms. Bobbie is survived by her mother, Betty Jean Kennedy, her father Bobby Gerald Drew, her sister Kimberly Drew, her son Dakota Bishop, and her daughter Arizona Bishop. Ms. Bobbie is also survived by several beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Ms. Bobbie Jean was born on April 12, 1963 in Dothan, Alabama to parents Betty, and Bobby. She graduated from Dale County High School in 1981. Ms. Bobbie moved to Dothan shortly after graduating, where she met her ex-husband, Edward Bishop, also the father of her surviving children, Dakota and Arizona. Ms. Bobbie was a wonderful woman, whom loved her family, friends and all who knew her loved her the same, she knew how to make anyone feel better, she was any and everyone's mother.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the Sanctuary of Praise Ministries at 408 3rd street, Midland City, Alabama. Any and all to those who knew and loved Bobbie, are welcome.
