Carl Brown, of Webb, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was 70. Funeral services will be held 1 pm Saturday March 17, 2018 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Carl Brown was born in Henry County, Alabama and passed away March 12, 2018 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. He was seventy years old. He was proceeded in death by his parents Coley and Mary C. Brown; brothers, Willie Brown, Johnny C. Brown, Jerry Brown and Julius Brown; sisters, Ethel Critten, Rachel Thomas and Carolyn Brown; a daughter, Carla Walker; and a brother-in-law Willie B. Lynn. He is survived by his wife, Gussie Brown; two sons, Kwasi Brown and Donald Pearce; three daughters, Crystal (Kevin) Harrison, Iniki (Quanmel) Peterson and Caziah Brown; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; his brother, Fredrick Brown; his sisters, Ruth Lynn, Janice (Bobby) Wiggins, Rose Mary Rambo; a sister-in-law Verdell Brown; and a host of nieces and nephews..
