Lynn was born on April 23, 1956 in Dothan, AL to Ronald L. Frith and Shirley (Frith) Cobb.

Lynn was preceded in death by his wife Brenda J Frith, his father Ronald L Frith, his mother Shirley (Frith) Cobb, his grandparents Shellie and Edith (Tince) Barfield and his grandson Austin Gage Frith.

Survivors include his son Jamie Frith, daughter in law, Jennifer Frith and a very special granddaughter, Alexa Frith.
