Dianna Sachs

Dianna S. Sachs, a resident of Marianna, Florida, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at her residence. She was 84. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 am on Thursday, June 11, 2020 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Sachs was born on November 30, 1935 in Indianapolis, Indiana and lived there the early years of her life. She met James Richard Sachs and they were married for 31 wonderful years. He drove a truck and together they traveled and explored the United States. Mrs. Sachs loved animals, both cats and dogs. She enjoyed taking her puppies to Lyster Army Hospital to visit with patients to brighten their day. Mrs. Sachs had a wonderful green thumb and had the ability to grow anything. She was a loving wife and mother; she will be missed dearly by her family and those who knew her well. Mrs. Sachs was preceded in death by her parents, Harold S. and Charlotte O. Hildebrand, by her husband, James R. Sachs, and by her sisters, Josephine (Mark) Cox and Barbara (Gene) Cox. Survivors include her sons, Bryan G. (Mary Spohn) Bohannon and Tracy S. (Cindy) Sachs; and several nieces and nephews. Burial Date June 11, 2020 A celebration of her life will be held at 11 am on Thursday, June 11, 2020 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
