Donald Foy Farmer

Donald Foy Farmer, a resident of Dothan passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at a local hospital. He was 65.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 17, 2010 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rex Kornegay officiating. Burial will follow in Beulah Baptist Church cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.Mr. Farmer was born on July 14, 1945 in Houston County and lived in Dothan most of his life.Survivors include his son Benny Roach of New York; a daughter Linda Self Farmer of Asprin, GA; brothers, Aaron Farmer of Cowarts, Hubert Farmer of Dothan, and Max Farmer of Cowarts; sisters, Peggy Lingo of Dothan, Patricia Hughes of Dothan, and Barbara Gatewood of Ozark; several nieces and nephews also survive. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
