Donna Faye Ware

Donna Faye Ware, a resident of Dothan was called to Heaven on Friday, November 6, 2009 at the age of 51.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church with the Pastor Christopher L. Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ware was born on April 3, 1958 to the late Monroe Hargrove Jr. and Addie Greene Hargrove in Birmingham, AL and lived there the early years of her life. She moved to Dothan in 1979 and married the love of her life Anthony B. Ware Sr. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends and was quickly adopted as the neighborhood grandmother. She was a great mother, sister and friend to all she came into contact with.Donna was preceded in death by her father Monroe Hargrove Jr. and both her father in-law Fred Ware Sr. and mother in-law Jimmie Ware. Survivors include her husband Anthony Ware of Dothan; sons, Anthony Ware Jr. Amy of Auburn, William Ware of Montgomery; a daughter, Dana Ware of Dothan; grandchildren, Kayla Ware, Kaleb Pierson; her mother Addie Hargrove; a brother Monroe Hargrove, II Evon of Birmingham; sisters, Delois Spencer, Janice Johnson, Ruthie Hargrove, Carolyn Hargrove, Sabrina Coleman Arthur, Rhea Norman Troy all of Birmingham; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
