Donnie Ray Myers

Donnie Ray Myers, 40, a resident of Dothan passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Elvis Ware officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Myers was born May 19, 1976 in Graceville, Florida and moved to Dothan at an early age and has lived here most of his life. He attended Dothan High School and has been employed with the City of Dothan for the past 18 years with the Environmental Services Department. He was a hard worker and enjoyed mechanic work on vehicles belonging to his family, co-workers, and friends. He also had a passion for woodworking and always had a building project in the works.

Survivors include his wife, Sabrina Myers; parents, Larry J. and Martha A. Myers; brother, Steve Myers; sister, Peggy Craig; nieces, Jessica Myers and Krista Craig; nephews, Lariko Myers and Chrishawn Craig; great-nieces, Mikayla Myers and Kh'Marri Garner; great-nephews, Tyshaun Myers, Jamarion Garner, and Traison Myers.
