Edna Leigh Barbour

Edna Leigh Barbour, 67, of Midland City died Saturday, April 9, 2011 at a local hospital.

rnServices will be held 11 am Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Benny Cole officiating and Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at Sunset Funeral Home from 6 until 8 pm Monday. rnMrs. Barbour was born July 2, 1943 in Somerset, Kentucky and she lived the early years of her life there. Mrs. Barbour moved to Dothan in 1976 and was employed with Dothan Chrysler for over seventeen years prior her retirement in 2006. She was preceded in death by a sister, Clyda Fields and Mrs. Barbour attended Cedar Grove Baptist Church. rnSurvivors include her son Charles Barbour and his wife, Jeanie, Midland City; her daughter, Kathy Davis and her husband, Joe, Dothan; 6 grandchildren, Tiffany Davis, Austin Davis, Lauren Barbour, Ryan Barbour, Adam Davis and his wife Amber and Sarina Enfinger and her husband Brad; 4 great-grandchildren, Addison Davis, Allyson Davis, Andrew Davis, and Dakota Enfinger; five brothers, James Withers, Rocky Face, GA, John Withers, Eubank, KY, Darrell Withers, Waynesburg, KY, Homer Withers and David Withers both of Eubank, KY; two sisters, Georgia Withers, Danville, KY and Mary Withers, Eubank, KY; several nieces and nephews. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
