Elisabeth Allen

Elisabeth Siegrid Allen, 75, of Dothan passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 at her residence.

Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11 am prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Wiregrass Humane Society, P.O. Box 1045, Dothan, AL, 36302.

Mrs. Allen was born September 25, 1937 in Berlin, Germany and lived the early years of her life there.  She married Frank Allen in 1969 and they were stationed in numerous places during his military career. She resided in Sneads, FL prior to moving to Dothan 15 years ago. She was an animal lover, and her hobbies were painting and gardening. Mrs. Allen was a member of the German Club and was of the Episcopal Faith.

Survivors include her husband Frank Allen; a brother Michael Dullat; a sister Siegglinde Batista; several nieces and nephews.
