Eula Richardson

Eula Merle Richardson, a resident of Dothan, AL passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at her residence. She was 83 years old.

Private graveside services will be held at 3 pm on Friday, October 23, 2020 in Sunset Memorial Park with Chaplain Charles Goldsmith officiating. The family is accepting flowers.

Mrs. Richardson was born February 13, 1937 in Enterprise, AL to Clayton and Mattie Mae (Stokes) Herring and lived her younger years there before moving to Florida and then to Alabama.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Richardson is preceded in death by her siblings, Ruby Jean Sasser, Lawrence Herring, Lillie Mae Sturdivant, Pearl Richardson, Harry Herring, and Charles Herring. She is also preceded in death by her husbands, James Boles and Robert Stokes, the father of her children.

Survivors include her husband, Kermit Richardson; her five daughters, Rhonda Miller, Glenda Castilleja, Kathy Glover and Pat, Lisa (Mike) Sheroan, and Denise (Randy) Strehle; her three step-daughters, Marcelyn Chapman, Laverne Holland Witcraft, and Mavis Barfield; her 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Jeff Richardson, Nathan Brown, Michael Sheroan, Jr., Jeffery Sheroan, Tyler Sheroan, and Freddie Richardson.
