Frances C. Faulk, a resident of Dothan passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Noland Hospital in Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 54.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 27, 2010 in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Holmes officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 10-11 am prior to the service at the funeral home.Mrs. Faulk was born on June 28, 1955 in West Palm Beach, FL and lived the early years of her life in Orlando, FL, where she was employed with a nursing home for several years. She moved to Dothan in 1990 and worked with Wex-Tex until the plant closed. Mrs. Faulk was of the Church of God by Faith. She was preceded in death by her sister Martha McCall and her brothers Rufus Hall and Manson Hall, Jr.Survivors include her husband Joe Faulk of Dothan; a son Floyd Clayton, Jr. and his special friend Aleshia McGriff of Orlando, FL; a step-son Joe Faulk and his wife Latoya of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; daughters, Farrah Hall and her special friend Randy Henry of Dothan, Joanna Faulk and her husband Otis Campbell of Dothan, Jessica Faulk of Dothan; 13 grandchildren; brothers, William Hall and his wife Joyce of Orlando, FL, Joseph Hall and his wife Janet of Sanford, FL; a host of nieces and nephews; a goddaughter Sheila Green; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mary Clair and her husband Mishel, Johnny Faulk and his wife Dot, High Jr. Faulk and his wife Betty, Earnest Faulk and his wife Gloria, Cleveland Faulk, Ruth Hall and her husband Thomas, Dorothy Harris; special friends, Annie Gibbs, Rose Magwood, Geraldine Hammic and Ester McCall also survive.
