Gary Lee Cooper, a resident of Dothan, AL passed away at his residence on Sunday, April 25, 2021. He was 50.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 2:00 pm in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Adams and Jason Lewis officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home for 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to new Freedom Church in Webb, AL.

Gary was born on August 21, 1970 in Richmond, VA. He owned and operated Cooper Siding in Dothan, AL for many years. Gary was a dedicated member of New Freedom Church in Webb, AL. He loved hunting and always looked forward to deer season.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Cooper; his daughter, Jessica (Mark) Luloff; his stepdaughters, Lisa Massey and Nicole (Jerry) Carroll; his grandchildren, Megan Henderson, Levi (Faith) Carroll and Madalynn Bishop; his parents, Joan (Mike) Brown; his brothers, Larry (Melody) McLean and Allen Cooper; his sisters, Teresa Hinson and Wendy (Rayburn) Vinson; and several nieces and nephews.
