Gary Alan Robinson

Gary Alan Robinson, Sr., 64, of Dothan passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013 in Columbia, TN.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Friday, November 29, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Robinson was born October 26, 1949 in Cambridge, OH and spent the early part of his life in Canton, OH. He moved to the Dothan area in 1981 and was employed with Hubert Jackson Oldsmobile for 12 years. He was employed as a driver with Wiley Sanders Trucking for 7 years until the time of his death. He was an avid Harley-Davidson collector for several years. Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his parents, John and Carol Robinson, and a brother Randall Robinson.

Survivors include his wife Gayle Robinson; a son Gary Robinson, Jr.; a daughter Regina Stoddard; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, David Robinson Wilma and Brian Robinson; a sister Diane Woodford; numerous nieces and nephews.
