Gemma Grace Phillips, born August 10, 2014 passed away Tuesday January 20, 2015 joining her twin brother Jax Tyler Phillips who preceded her in death.

Services will be 10 am Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Jennifer Phillips; brother, Andrew Barrentine and sister, Breanna Phillips; grandmother Debbie Barnes; an aunt Michelle and Jay Burns; uncles, Dennis and Cassie Barnes, and Eric Barnes.

Burial Date: January 1, 1970
