Glenda Jean Moring

Mrs. Glenda Jean Scott Moring born Novemeber1941 to the late Omegene and Calvin Scott of Headland passed of natural causes 01/19/2025 at SEH.

Mrs. Moring travelled extensively supporting her husbands military career ad made some life long friends. She was a faithful Christian and served her church and family with great love, care and generosity. If you needed anything she had it was yours.

Survived by her daughter Allison (Thomas) Ray and her son Lance Morning. She has loved and cared for 6 grandsons, 11 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Her surviving siblings Wesley Scott of Tallahassee, Annette Scott Shaver of Newville and Dwayne Scott.

At her death her wish was to continue to serve and help others was evident in her choice to donate her body to ACOM college in Dothan, AL. She also chose to have no kind of memorial service at this time, however ACOM will celebrate the life of its 2025 donors in the spring of 2026. The Family ask that all who knew and loved her attend this service if possible.
