Gracie Dean Smith-Caldwell

Gracie Dean Smith-Caldwell was born in Henry County, Alabama on August 19, 1936 to Mr. Willie Lampkin and Mrs. Addie Marie Neal.

Memorial services will be 1 pm Thursday, March 10, 2016 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clarence Sanders and Rev. B. K. Marshall officiating.

She moved to Blakely, Georgia in 1952.  She attended Friendship Baptist Church.  Six years later she resided in Dothan, Alabama where she became a member of First Missionary Baptist Church.  Mrs. Smith-Caldwell was a devoted member to both churches.

In loving memory, she leaves her devoted daughter, Wanda Sherman Lee; and her sons, Patrick Sandra Smith and Dwight Smith; her brothers, Willie James Bobby Jean Lampkin, Bobby Lampkin, and Clifford L. Moore; her sisters, Willie Jewel Smith and Carolyn Best; she also leaves behind 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; a special aunt, Tinnie Owens; and a special cousin, Shelinda Moore.
