Harry Randolph "Roscoe" Stoops, IV, 56, of Ozark passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Dale Medical Center.

rnA memorial service will be held 7 pm Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home with Dr. Robert Rowell officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home. He moved to Hialeah, FL at an early age and graduated from Hialeah High School in 1973. He was currently employed with AT&T Telephone Company and has been for over 30 years. Mr. Stoops has lived in Ozark for the past 2 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Randy Stoops. rnSurvivors include his wife Joy Saunders of Ozark; a daughter Robyn Jason Hill of Gainesville, FL; brothers and sisters, Ronnie Stoops of Sunrise, FL, Robbie Peggy Stoops of Loxahatchee, FL, Connie Stoops of Monroe, GA, and Beth Stoops of Hialeah, FL; step-sons, Tyler Saunders of Buckley Air Force Base, CO, and Dalton Saunders of Merritt Island, FL; father and mother-in-law Robert and Delores Rowell of Merritt Island, FL; brother-in-law Major Mark Amy Rowell of Cocoa Beach, FL; several nieces and nephews also survive. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
