Henry “Hank” Baker Gregory, 41, of Cumming, GA went to be with the Lord on July 21, 2011. Born in Dothan, AL, he was the son of the late Richard Forrester Gregory and Betty Ann Gregory of Dothan, AL.
rnFuneral services will be held at 2:00 pm EDT on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at First Redeemer Church in Cumming. A committal service will be held on 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Park in Dothan, AL. The family will receive friends prior to the service at Sunset Funeral Home from 12:00 – 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to There’s Hope for the Hungry www.thereshope.org or to “The Garden” at 7 Bridges to Recovery www.7bridgestorecovery.org. rnHank was born July 6, 1970 and spent the early part of his life in Dothan. He was a proud graduate of Auburn University with a BS degree in Transportation and Logistics. He was employed by Georgia Pacific for 17 years. An active member of First Redeemer Church, Hank was a man of strong faith that gave him courage to battle his cancer for five years. He was eager to share his faith with those around him. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend – and will be greatly missed. rnIn addition to his mom, Hank is survived by his beloved wife, Christine Gregory of Cumming, GA; children, Devon Baker Gregory, Christian Gage Gregory and Ansley Marie Gregory of Cumming, GA; sisters, Lisa Gregory Russell Fuller of Panama City Beach, FL and Laura Gregory Brad Kennington of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Richard Forrester Gregory, Jr.; 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
