Jackie Lee Sheppard

Jackie Lee Sheppard, a resident of Enterprise, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at his residence. He was 20.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2009 in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.Jackie was born on January 19, 1989 in Houston County and lived in Dothan the early years of his life. He attended Enterprise and Northview High School. Jackie enjoyed skate boarding, skiing, and loved motorcycles. He attended Hillcrest Baptist Church.Survivors include his mother Barbara Sheppard of Enterprise; his father, Larry White of Enterprise; his grandmother, Myrtle Blackmon of Midland City; his two sisters, Tabatha Sheppard of Enterprise and Amanda Ivan and her husband Vladimir of Dothan; his girlfriend, Emily Fuqua of Dothan; his five nieces and nephews, Cierra, Lexi, and Gabe Ivan, Tristen Holloway, and Ian Sheppard.
