James N. Bludsworth

James Norris Bludsworth, of Blakely, GA passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018 at a local hospital. He was 70. A memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday August 25, 2018 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Robert Byrd directing. Norris was born February 1, 1948 in Abbeville, AL and lived most of his earlier years in Gordon. He was employed as an over the road truck driver and heavy equipment operator until his retirement. He loved to dance and enjoyed riding motorcycles. Survivors include his sons, Carlton Thompson and Craig Thompson; his daughter, Rachel Casondra Plummer; his 5 grandchildren; his 3 aunts; and a bunch of cousins.
