Military honors will be rendered for Mr. Crowe at 10 am on Monday, September 27, 2021 in Sunset Memorial Park Pavilion. In leiu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the DAV in Jim’s memory.
Mr. Crowe was born on May 26, 1950 in Ohio and after moving to Florida in the early 1980's, he would come to reside in Dothan. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served 2 tours in the US Army. Mr. Crowe later joined the US Air Force and served for 18 years of combined service. He was employed with Buffalo Rock for several years. Mr. Crowe was a very active member of the DAV where he served as Treasurer and proudly helped many other Veterans with their benefits.
Mr. Crowe was preceded by his wife, Brenda Hunter Crowe, by his daughter, Jacqueline Crowe, and by his brother, Fred Crowe.
Survivors include his son, Jason Crowe; his grandchildren, Christopher Crowe and Kayla Crowe; his brothers, Tom (Linda) Crowe and Lee (Louise) Crowe; his sisters, Brenda (Clayton) Watson, Vicky Wallace, JoAnn (Mel) Gregory; his sister-in-law, Betty Kendrick; and several nieces and nephews.
