James Richard Frank

James Richard Frank, a residence of Cottonwood, passed away on September 26, 2019. He was 61. The family will receive friends at their home on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 1pm to 4pm. Mr. Frank grew up in Buffalo, New York. He enjoyed scuba diving, arrowhead hunting and looking for all types of artifacts. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Mr. Frank was an amazing husband, friend, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed life and will be missed by many. Mr. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Marcy Frank. Mr. Frank is survived by his wife, Donna McCoy Frank; his son, Stephen James Frank; his daughter, Jessica Ann Turner; his two grandchildren, Shelby Grace Turner and Charlie Turner; one brother, Michael Frank; his two sisters, Julie Frank and Mary Karen Fenwick; and his fury companion, Taco Belle.
