Janice Marie Price

Janice Marie Price, 89, a resident of Dothan passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 at her residence.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Henry Haynes officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Price was born February 1, 1926 in Luray, VA which is located in the Shenandoah Valley and spent the early part of her life there. She resided in Canton, OH prior to moving to Dothan in 1974 where she was a homemaker and eventual widow of Dewayne Price. She was a woman of wisdom and loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband and her grand-dog Velvet.

Survivors include her foster son, John Melissa Rezabek; a daughter, Gloria Jean Moyers; grandchildren, David Nikki Moyers and Joie Moyers; great-granddaughter, Haley Moyers; several nieces and nephews.
