Jean Rose Clack

Jean Rose Clack, 79, of Dothan passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at a local hospital.

rnMemorial services will be held 6 pm Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the services. rnMrs. Clack was born September 9, 1931 in Ramsgate, Kent, England and lived there the early years of her life. She moved to the U.S. in 1952 and resided in Baton Rouge, LA. She returned to England where she was employed with Hover Speed as a bookkeeper. Mrs. Clack moved to Dothan in 1987 and was employed with Wilbro and later with Sears until her retirement. She was a member of the Dorothy Quick Senior Citizens Group at Evergreen Presbyterian Church. rnSurvivors include sons, Michael Mahoney and William Mahoney; daughter Amanda Brown; 5 grandchildren, Nicole Holloway, Kellie Beecham, Kirsty Singletary, Louise Mahoney, and Claire Mahoney; 7 great-grandchildren; a brother Cyril Bridges; a sister Joan Warner; several nieces and nephews. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
