Jeffrey Robin Best

Jeffrey Robin Best, affectionately known as Bodine to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on March 7th, 2024, in Dothan, Alabama at the age of 61. Born on May 11th, 1962 to the late Robert Ellis Best and Cora Bell Hughes Best, in Lynn Haven, Florida, Bo's early life was filled with the sunshine and warmth that would later be reflected in his generous spirit and loving nature.

Jeffrey is survived by his devoted husband, James Bohannon-Best, with whom he shared an unwavering bond of love and companionship for 18 remarkable years. He is survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as extended family members. Bo was predeceased by his brother, Larry Best, and sister, Brenda Peters, with whom he is now reunited.

Bodine's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, dedication, and a spirit of adventure. He will be remembered not only for the life he led but also for the countless ways he enriched the lives of others. His unwavering optimism and ability to find joy in every moment have left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he leaves behind.

As the sun sets on Bo's earthly journey, we take solace in the knowledge that his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. His memory will be cherished, and his presence sorely missed.
