Jerry Junior Drayton

Jerry Drayton, a resident of Dothan, AL, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021. He was 37 years old.

A Celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.

Jerry was born on November 25, 1984 to Sonja Drayton and the late Terry Jerome Thomas of Dothan, AL. He attended Northview High School. Jerry was employed at Wayne Farms in Dothan.

He is preceded in death by his father, Terry Jerome Thomas; and his grandmothers, Annie Pierce and Rosa Christmas.

Jerry leaves to cherish his special memories to his sons, Jeremiah Drayton and Jerry Drayton, both of Dothan; daughter, Joy Hill of Dothan; his mother, Sonja Drayton of Macon, GA; sisters, Cledie Drayton and Victoria Curry both of Dothan; brothers, Ricardo McNealy, Raydell Thomas and Kareem Drayton, all of Dothan; nephews, Tyveon Tharp and Tyquan Tharp; niece, Keyona Johnson; two special friends, Candice Danage and Anesha Hill; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
