Jerry Mack Harris

Jerry Mack Harris born March 14, 1939, passed away in the early morning hours of April 1st, 2018 at the home of his son Anthony Harris and daughter in law Lisa Harris. He was 79 years old. Military Honors will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Park. Over the years, he lived in the surrounding areas of Crestview, FL, Wicksburg, AL, Geneva, AL and Cottonwood, AL. He worked many years as a machinist as well as served in the United States Army. He was most happy around family, he loved just listening to the family chatter. His happiness was further completed when fishing and feeling the peacefulness of nature. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Geraldine Harris, Margie Seguin, and Harold Harris, and a grandchild, Jennifer Robinson. Survivors include his children, Richard Harris, Anthony Harris, Angela Robinson, and Jeremy Harris; his grand-children, Nicole Cook, Richie Harris, Stephanie Harris, Alicia Hutto, James Harris, Seth Harris, Kristy Sullivan, Cynthia Robinson, Aiden Harris, Aribeth Harris, and Evah Harris; many great- grandchildren; his 6 sisters, Grace Kirkland, Josephine Leatherwood, Gladys Corbin, Maurice Richardson, Maybelle Thorton, and Julie Adkins; his wife, Martha Harris. Burial Date April 5, 2018 Military Honors will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Park.
