John William Gallman

He was born on November 18, 1937 in Cleveland, TN to Spain and Mary Gallman. As a child, he moved with his family to Illinois. It was there he found the love of his life, Johnnie. He married her in 1956 and they started a family of their own. He was a hard worker who worked for Reynold’s Metals for forty years. He retired in 1993 and moved to Dothan, AL to open a restaurant with some of his family. He was our patriarch who loved to garden and survey his work while drinking coffee with his grandchildren in tow. He hunted, fished and enjoyed anything outdoors.We find comfort knowing he is at peace with his wife, Johnnie and his son, Keith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Spain and Mary Gallman, his brothers RB Gallman, Lee Gallman, Owen Gallman and Charles Gallman and his sister Thelma Rogers.

He will be dearly missed by his sister, Teen (Edward) Gill, his daughters’, Terry Gallman and Tracey (Dennis) Heine, his son, Sean (Lorraine) Gallman. His grandchildren, Collin (Nicole) Heine, Cassandra (Justin) Andrews, Kameko Heine, Zachary Gallman, Caleb Gallman, Kylee (Robert) Hickster, Ian Gallman, Laurel Gallman, Samantha Maggio, Stephen Maggio,and Patricia Tomachesky. His great grandchildren, Aubrey Andrews, Caden Andrews, Taylyn Andrews, Asher Heine, Reina Heine, and Saydie Maggio.
