Kenneth Earl Williams

Kenneth Earl Williams, a resident of Deatsville, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. He was 68 years old.

Graveside services with military honors and Department of Conservation Honor Guard for his State Law Officer Service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church Cemetery, Newton, AL with Pastor Fred Bailey officiating and Sunset Memorial Park directing. The family requests that all attending the service, wear a mask and social distance.

Kenny was born on February 4, 1952 to the late BH and Naomi Beasley Williams. He grew up in the Pinckard area and graduated from Dale County High School in 1970. Kenny worked in his family's construction business at BH Construction off and on throughout the years. He worked with Michelin and the ABC Board before working with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources with the State of Alabama as a Game and Fish Officer in Autauga County where he has worked for the past 25 years. Kenny was a devoted family man and enjoyed spending any time he could with them. He was a devout Christian and loved serving at Trinity United Methodist Church in Prattville, Alabama.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Beverly Williams; his daughters, Jennifer (David) Robinson and Amy (Brad) Coker; his 7 grandchildren, Madison Heerten, Braden Robinson, Jordan Robinson, Mallie Kate Coker, Rhett Coker, Olivia Coker, and Collins Coker; his 1 great-grandchild, Grayson; his siblings, Buddy (Geneva) Williams, Shirley (WJ) Mosley, Don (Judy) Williams, Jerry (Pat) Williams, Linda Whitehead, and Lowell (Deanna) Williams; his special sidekick, Dexter; and several nieces and nephews.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Ron Pouncey, Mark Pouncey, Chris Brown, Keith Williams, Scotty Williams, Wade Williams, Randy Moseley, and as honorary pallbearers, Paul Moseley, Nick Williams and Jared Smith.
