Lisa was born on September 28, 1963 in Union City, TN to Jerry and Beatrice Jones Turner.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Turner, I.

Survivors include her son, Charles "Bobby" (Tiffany) Adams, Jr.; her daughters, Jessica (Chris) Adams, Dawn Hix, and Machelle(Bill) White; her 9 grandchildren; her great-grandchild; her mother, Beatrice Jones Turner; her brothers, Jerry "Bubba" Turner, II and James "Marty" Turner; and her sister, Reatha (Jack) Haynes. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
