Loiselle Standridge, a resident of Slocomb passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at a local hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was 73 years old. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Pathway Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy White, Rev. Danny Starling, and Dr. Jeff Ross officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Mrs. Standridge was born February 4, 1945 in Live Oak, FL and lived the early part of her life in the Gainesville area and Interlachen, FL. She married Stan on February 4, 1961 and they resided in Gainesville, FL before moving to Dothan in 1980. She was employed with Pathway Baptist Church as the church secretary for many years. She enjoyed making clothes for her family and sewing as well as taking trips to the Dollar Store looking for a good bargain. Mrs. Standridge was a founding member of Pathway Baptist Church. Mrs. Standridge was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Stan Standridge. Survivors include her daughters, Cindie Shaughnessy, Angie Standridge, and Tangela (Terry) Conner; her grandchildren, Jessica (Shane) McNemar, Christie Fox, David Fox, Jamie Fox, Christopher Conner, Allison (Jermaine) Jones, and April (Justin) Luker; 20 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Edward "Buddy" (Helen) Lee, Jerry Lee, Terry Lee, and Leroy (Diane) Lee; her sisters, Virginia McLendon, Edna (Craig) Elixson, and Lynette Blankenship; several nieces and nephews. Burial Date January 9, 2019 Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Pathway Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy White, Rev.
