Lucille Eller Cline, a resident of Dothan, AL passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021. She was 82.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:00 am in Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Kyle Gatlin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.

Lucy was born on October 6, 1938 in Robbinsville, North Carolina. She spent most of her young adult life in Hayesville, North Carolina. Lucy was an account manager for Alabama Farm Bureau for over 31 years before retiring. In her free time, she and her husband enjoyed spending time at their vacation home on Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee, GA. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and cherished every moment she had with them. Lucy was a long-time member of Covenant United Methodist Church.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Parker Eller; and her husband, Ray Cline.

Survivors include her son, Kenneth (TJ) Cline; her grandchildren, Lauren (Lance) Tidwell and Tyler Cline; her great grandchildren, Brody Herndon, Peyton Herndon and Jaxson Tidwell; her brothers, Don (Debbie) Eller and Barry (Lori Ann) Eller; her sisters, Peggy (Robert) Long and Phyllis Mosteller; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Amedisys Home Health, Encompass Hospice and Anna Capouch for the loving care they gave Lucy during her illness.

Burial Date September 30, 2021 A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:00 am in Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Kyle Gatlin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
