Lynda Faye Johnson

Lynda Faye Johnson of Dothan passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 59.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Littlefield officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service time, at all other times the family will be at the home of Fred Johnson, 749 W. Saunders Road, Dothan. Mrs. Johnson was born in Houston County on February 12, 1950 and lived in the Dothan area all of her life. She received her RN Degree at Wallace Community College in 1984 and was employed with Wesley Manor for several years prior to her retirement. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Taylor Assembly of God Church.Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Johnson, Dothan; her step-sons, Chad Johnson and Daniel Johnson, both of Dothan; her step-granddaughter, Ashland Johnson; her four brothers, Tommy Martin of Dothan, Joe Martin of Madrid, Olan Martin of Malvern, and James Martin of Madrid; her five sisters, Betty Wells of Madrid, Mary Proctor of Madrid, Elizabeth Horne of Dothan, Janie Wallace of Madrid, and Patricia Radosevich of Rock Island, IL. Burial Date: January 1, 1970
