Maarba Veronica Williams

Maarba Veronica Williams, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2020 at a local hospital. She was 78. A private funeral service was held. Mrs. Williams was born on June 26, 1941 in Dothan and has lived here all her life. She graduated from Rehobeth High School and was employed with K-Mart, The Barn, and the Dothan Eagle. Mrs. Williams was a strong minded, very opinionated woman, she always spoke her mind. She was a home body and enjoyed staying home watching TV shows like Gunsmoke and WWE Wrestling. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Williams, her son, Chris Williams, and by her grandson, Chad White. Survivors include her son, Randy (Lisa) Williams; her daughters, Carol (John) Starnes and Viki Dupree; her 9 grandchildren; and her 9 great-grandchildren.
