Mrs. Jeffcoat was born on April 22, 1929 in Houston County, Alabama. After graduating from Ashford High School, she married George L. Jeffcoat, her spouse of 44 years. Upon moving to Florida in the early 1950s, she found her true calling in the role of mother to her 3 children.
