Margo Brannon

Margo Brannon of Dothan Alabama was born on August 19, 1942. She passed away on August 26, 2014 surrounded by family at the age of 72.

Services will be 2pm Friday, August 29, 2014 at Sunset Funeral home Chapel with Pastor Scotty Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Margo loved her family. She is survived by her treasured daughter Ashley Williams Paul, her loving sons Elliott Williams Cheryl, Craig Reynolds Vera, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Preceding Margo to our Heavenly Father's Kingdom was her son Lee Williams Teresa and her husband Perry Brannon Jr.  Also surviving Margo are her special friends Margie Cobb, June Grandberry, Melissa Meredith and Kendra Watkins.

Born in Asheville Alabama, Margo spent all of her adulthood years in Dothan Alabama. She graduated from Troy State University and Wallace College as valedictorian of her nursing class. Margo had a highly regarded career as a nurse at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She always made time for her hobbies which included gardening, reading, music, shopping & pets.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask in Margo's honor that donations be sent to the The Wiregrass Humane Society, P.O. Box 1045, Dothan, Alabama 36302.
