Marie Helen Emellian Bonneau Grase

Marie Helen Emellian Bonneau Grase (78), a resident of Dothan, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at a local hospital. She was surrounded by her family.

A visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel in Dothan at 10 a.m. Monday, January 15, 2018, with the service immediately following at 11 a.m. The family will also receive guests, immediately following the service, in the hall at Baptist Village Tower and Townhomes in Dothan.

Helen was born May 4, 1939 in Rochefort-sur-Mer, France. Helen moved to the United States with her husband, James G. Clary, and children in 1965, spending most of her life in Dale and Houston counties. All those who knew her loved her as a loving, generous and feisty woman they were blessed to have in their lives.

She was preceded in death by her son, Tracy Adams.

Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Jackson; her sons, Phillip Clary and Stacy Adams; her grandchildren, Jason Nelson, Jessica Steele, Caleb and Seth Clary; and her great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Zoe and Harper-Ensley Nelson, and soon to arrive Avis Clary.
