Mary Crawford

Mary Evelyn Crawford a resident of Dothan, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at a local hospital.  She was 60.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Saturday, May 26, 2012 with Pastor Dennis Durry officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 Friday at the funeral home.

Mary Evelyn Crawford was born on August 24, 1951 to the late Adams Jones and Gussie Williams. She was preceded in death by her two brothers Walter Jones and Adam Jones, Jr. She was a member of New Life Ministry.

She leaves to mourn in memory her mother, Gussie Williams; two sons, Lee Vernon Barnes and Brylon Jones; a daughter-in-law, Jerri Barnes; three sisters, Linda Hart, Vera Daniel and Sentia Jones; five grandchildren, Destini Barnes, Keyanna Phillips, Lee Vontae Barnes, Jharuis Barnes and Trinity Barnes; two aunts, Ella Morris and Barbara Greenwood; two uncles, Rev. Gene A. Matthews and Paul Jones; a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
