Mary Sellers

Mary Sue Sellers, 78, of Dothan passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Westside Terrace.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in Newton City Cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 12-1 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Sellers was born October 24, 1934 in Laurel, MS and lived there the early part of her life. She moved to Newton in 1958 and has resided there and in Dothan since. She was employed as an operator with Professional Wiregrass Communications. She was a member of Berean Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Sonny Aplin of Elmore, AL; daughters, Susan Mosher of Pensacola, FL, Yvonne Parrish of Newton, AL, and Amy Lloyd of Youngstown, OH; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a sister Ann Guy.
