Miles Preston Abbott

Miles Preston Abbott passed away on Saturday August 11, 2018. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday August 18, 2018 at 11 am at Acts Church Christian Center in Dothan, Alabama. Burial with Military honors will follow at Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. He was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama where he graduated from Northview High School in 2001. GO COUGARS! Miles received his BS from Middle Georgia State College in Macon, Georgia. He also joined the United States Air Force. He was a loving father, husband, son and brother. He was an excellent basketball player, motivator and friend. Survivors include his wife, Dina Rosa Abbott; his daughters, Ava Rose Abbott and Anna Elizabeth Abbott; his parents, Preston and Miriam Abbott; his two brothers, Terrence (Amy) Abbott and Michael Abbott; and a host of nieces, nephews cousins, aunts and uncles.
