Nancy Ross Mendheim passed away peacefully at her home on May 1, 2013. She was 67 years old.
Memorial services will be held 11:30 am Saturday, May 4, 2013 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Fain officiating and Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 to 11:30 am prior to services.

Mrs. Mendheim was born on June 7, 1945 in Eufaula, Alabama the only child of E. H. “Billy” Ross and Margaret Standley Ross. She was a graduate of Eufaula High School and attended Troy State University. On September 10, 1966 she and Brady were married. Nancy loved Brady and Brady loved Nancy. They fell in love many times but always with each other. She gave her life to Jesus at 15 years of age and was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and a member of First Baptist Church of Dothan for 46 years. Her life of faith continues through eternity. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Throughout her 12 year battle against breast cancer, she remained strong in her faith and was an encourager to many other women and families diagnosed with cancer.
Survivors include her husband Brady of Dothan; two sons, Brad Michelle of Dothan and Ross Jessica of Vestavia; six grandsons, Connor, Ryan, Carson, Luke, Ben and Brady; two aunts, Ada Walker and Lois Bracewell.
