Patrick Scott Givens, age 51, of Eufaula, Alabama passed away on August 5, 2019. Funeral services will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00am before the service. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Scott was born in Darlington, South Carolina on March 18, 1968 to Wendell and Patsy Givens. He grew up in Myrtle Beach with his family and then later moved to Dothan, Alabama. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Atlanta where he became a chef. His favorite pastime was picking the strings of a guitar and building things. Scott enjoyed surfing and spending hours on the beach. Scott was known for being a jack of all trades and always having a smile on his face, especially when he was with his family. Scott was proceeded in death by his father Wendell Givens, his brother Ronald Givens and his stepfather Jerry Risher. Survivors include his wife Cristina Ann Givens; daughter, Coral Rose Weber; son, Dalton Spivey; step-daughter, Katelyn Nowlin; three step-sons, Bobby Duane Bates IV, Ryan Mello, Ronald Joseph II; grandson, Jaxson Ean Nowlin; mother, Patsy Risher; sister, Susan Lassiter; three brothers, Mike (Donna) Givens, Jason (Jill) Prince and Wesley Risher; nephew, Jonathan (Brandi) Givens; niece, Stephanie (Donald) Saucier; and a host of other nieces, nephews and extended family. Burial Date August 10, 2019 Funeral services will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00am before the service. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
