Paul Montana

Paul T. Montana of Dothan, AL passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 28.

Memorial services will be held at Saint Columba Catholic Church in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 30, 2012 with Father Patrick Gallagher officiating.  Visitation will be held in the Narthex from 1 to 2 p.m.  Burial will follow the service in Memory Hill Cemetery with Robert Byrd directing.

Mr. Montana was born in Boston, Massachusetts and lived with his family in Dothan for 36 years.  Mr. Montana worked as the sales manager for Howell Plywood where he was employed for 26 years.  He was a member of Rotary Club and Saint Columba Catholic Church.   He was an avid fisherman who found joy in being with his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Sandra, his two daughters Leanne Todd Page and Lynda Turner David, his grandchildren Collins, James and Elizabeth Todd and Tyler and Noah Turner, two brothers Edward and Robert Montana.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Covenant Hospice or the American Cancer Society.

Serving as pallbearers will be Page Todd, James Todd, David Turner, Paul Prentiss, Joe Skipper, and Jimmy Leonard. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler and Noah Turner.
