Ranah Leigh Stapleton

Ranah Leigh Stapleton, a resident of Prattville, AL, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

Ranah was born in Dothan, Alabama to Joyce and Sumner Stapleton. After graduation from Houston Academy, she went on to study and graduated from Auburn University. She continued her education and graduated Jones School of Law in Montgomery. She was a partner at Donohoe and Stapleton in Montgomery, Alabama.

Ranah is survived by her parents, Joyce and Sumner "Buddy" Stapleton of Dothan; her sister, Beth DiDomenico; her niece, Sumner Lynch; her grandnephew, Josiah Bryan; and her nephew, Charles Lynch of the Virgin Islands.

Ranah was an avid animal lover, she had dogs, cats, and birds. The family requests that those who wish to express sympathy to consider donating to individual local humane shelters or to the ASPCA.
