Robbie Grace Coulson

Robbie Grace Butler Coulson, of Webb, Alabama passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at her home following an extended illness. She was 65.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2009 at the United Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Joe Patterson and Rev. Philip Harrelson officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. At all other times the family will be at the home of Bob and Delores Wilemon, 4341 Iris Rd., Dothan, AL.Mrs. Coulson was born February 10, 1944 in Hartford, Alabama to the late John Robert Butler and Frances Pauline Strength. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Otis Butler and Gary Lynn Butler and two sons, Marshane Long and Eugene Long, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 28 years William “Bill” Coulson of Webb; two daughters, LaRonda Boyce and husband Patrick of Kinards, SC, Robbie Kovach and husband Robert of Dothan; 10 grandchildren, Pat Boyce of SC, Barry Boyce of SC, Melissa Boyce of SC, Emily Sibley and husband Josh of Madrid, Amy Lang and husband James of King, NC, Stephen Kovach of Dothan, Victoria Kovach of Dothan, Justin Long of Abbeville, Elliott Long of Abbeville, Samantha Long of Abbeville; three great-grandchildren, Ava Lang and Megan Lang of King, NC, Aiden Heath Long of Abbeville; one step-daughter Miranda Loggins of Chattanooga, TN; two step-grandchildren, Todd and Allysissa of Chattanooga, TN; two brothers, James Butler and wife Betty of Bear Creek, AL, John Butler and wife Renee of Dothan; three sisters, Kay Sauls of Dothan, Delores Wilemon and husband Bobby of Dothan, AL, Delilah Stringfellow of Ashford, AL; one sister-in-law Barbara Butler; a host of nieces and nephews, along with several great-nieces and nephews also survive.The family would like to extend many thanks to Wiregrass Hospice for their care and support during her illness.
