Robert Tyler Fryer was born August 2, 1998 to Steve and Pasha Fryer in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Tyler was raised in Dothan, AL where he graduated from Northview High school in 2016. Tyler later attended Alabama A&M where he was majoring in Computer Science. Tyler's interest was anything that involved computer programming, music, video games or skating. He also enjoyed collecting hats, fishing, cooking and traveling. Tyler was a true foodie that enjoyed introducing his family to many exquisite cuisines. His most joyous times were spending time with his dad going to football and basketball games, watching and discussing movies with his mom, aggravating his little sister, and playing with the family dog Buddy.
Tyler accepted Christ at the age of 8 under the leadership of Rev. Walter Bowers at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. When recently asked by his dad, "If you could ask God for one thing what would it be?". Tyler's reply to his dad after thinking long and hard was, "To go to Heaven".
Tyler leaves to cherish his memory his dad, Steve Fryer; his mom, Pasha Fryer; and a loving little sister, Taylor Fryer; Grandparents: CW & Evelyn Fryer (Clayton, AL), Dorothy Whigham (Dothan, AL) and Charles Chapman (Dothan, AL); Uncle Kenneth Whigham (Dothan, AL); Aunts: Annie Weatherspoon (Chicago), Sharon Williams (Paul), Yvette Fryer (Dothan, AL) and Rasheda Leonard( Eugene); Great Uncle Timothy Roberson; Great Aunts: Laura Whigham (Dothan, AL), Angela Garlington (Dothan, AL); and a host of beloved cousins, other relatives and special friends.
